Bldg. # 3 Roof Replacement PARCEL NUMBER 46830001501 SCOPE OF WORK: Remove existing built-up roof and perlite coverboard. Existing insulation to remain. Install new fully adhered, 60 mil EPDM roofing system and associated carpentry, flashing and sheet metal, and roof specialties per the drawings and specifications. All work to be completed between the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. and weekends. ESTIMATED COST RANGE: The Engineering Estimate for this project is estimated to be $500,000 MANDATORY APPRENTICESHIP REQUIREMENT: Pursuant to chapter 15.20 Thurston County Code construction contracts above $2 Million are required to have 15% of the total labor hours as apprenticeship labor hours. Bidders may contact the Department of Labor and Industries, Apprenticeship Section, to obtain information on available apprenticeship programs. Refer to RCW 39.04.320 BID SECURITY: All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security deposit in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five (5%) of the amount of such Bid.
