Renovation of a municipal facility in Toronto, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) currently operates a monitoring station at 95 Beecroft Road, which oversees over 300 parking facilities located throughout the City of Toronto. This property is an existing 5-storey garage with approximately 5,500sqft of office space constructed on the second level. The scope of work includes renovation of the monitoring centre including the control room. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals from Consultants has been issued by the owner. The Toronto Parking Authority (TPA) invites selected consultants to submit proposals for consulting services for the Monitoring Centre Renovations located at 95 Beecroft Road (CP404). The objective of this proposal call is to select the best qualified proponent to provide complete architectural, engineering and control room design services. The Consultant will perform all professional consulting services for design, contract administration, inspections and site review. The TPA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Enquiries must be directed in writing prior to July 31 2024 at 05:00:00 PM EDT. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
