Estell Manor Park Main Entrance Pavement Resurfacing The Estell Manor Park Main Entrance Pavement Resurfacing includes removal of existing full depth pavement within the project limits. The front entrance pavement will be milled 2-inch and replaced with bituminous concrete surface course. Existing stone areas will be removed to accommodate the expansion of the paved area. The existing concrete pad adjacent to the one-story garage will be removed and replaced with an expanded reinforced concrete pad for driveway access into the garage. Existing concrete sidewalks leading to the maintenance office and the one-story garage will also be replaced with new concrete. New concrete curbs will be installed where necessary. Existing timber tie curbs will be removed and replaced with new concrete curbs. All existing utilities shall remain and be protected during construction. The existing chain-link gate will be removed and replaced with an aluminum swing gate with a lock and latch post. Existing wooden post and rail fence will be removed and replaced with new wooden post and rail fence. Parking striping will be added for new ADA accessible parking spaces and 60 new parking spaces. New concrete wheel stops will be installed in the 45 new parking spaces.
