The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids to provide access road maintenance on State Game Lands (SGL) #031 in Oliver and McCalmont Townships, Jefferson County. The scope of the project generally includes resurfacing and related work on approximately 13,600 linear feet of existing access roadway. Questions concerning project specifications and requirements should be directed to the PGC LMS: Miles Laubacher Wildlife Habitat Group Manager, Northwest Region PGC, Northwest Region Phone: 223-231-7944 Email: mlaubacher@pa.gov Bidders should visit the project site to view and determine existing site conditions and constraints that must be considered in their proposal such as site access, road conditions, topography, proximity of utilities, existing infrastructure / structures, vegetation, and other conditions and features in the work area. A bid guarantee or bond is not required.
