On-Call Consulting Services for Maintaining Compliance with the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act in the Mission Creek Subbasin. To ensure a response, questions must be received through Online Q&A Yes Project Description The Coachella Valley Water District (CVWD), Desert Water Agency (DWA), and Mission Springs Water District (MSWD), collectively as the Management Committee (collectively referred to herein as Agencies) in the Mission Creek Subbasin, are requesting proposals (Proposals) from qualified consultants (Respondents) to support compliance with the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA). 1.Hydrogeological services 2. Groundwater modeling services 3. Water management planning services 4. Environmental services 5. GIS and data analysis services 6. Stakeholder and public outreach 7. Alternative Plan Periodic Evaluations and Updates Project Schedule The initial term is anticipated to be from September 25, 2024 to September 24, 2026. The Management Committee will have the option, at its sole discretion, to extend the agreement and negotiate a revised price, if any, for up to (3) additional one year terms. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the Management Committee, at its sole discretion, will not move forward with the renewal option and shall re-bid the work. Summary of Services Although the full scope of work shall be negotiated in a Professional Services Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment "3," the Respondent will be expected to fulfill, at a minimum, the services and technical requirements described in the Scope of Services attached hereto as Attachment "1." If awarded, the contract will be awarded to the firm selected on the basis of information provided in the Proposal, the results of CVWD's research and investigation, and, if conducted, oral interviews. CVWD reserves the right to reject all proposals and to contract for services in the manner that most benefits CVWD including awarding more than one contract if desired.
