Renovation of a mixed-use development in Midland, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Scope: o Acquire the necessary material needed to upgrade the interior of the cab. o Pull required permits for the upgrade. o Remove the unit from service and barricade the surrounding area. o Hang the car in the joists way to allow access to the interior and exterior of the car. o Cut all through bolts on the outside of the cab so the existing panels can be properly removed without damaging the exterior walls. o Remove and dispose of all wall panels in the cab. o Disconnect the existing ceiling panel down and dispose. o Install new LED flush mount ceiling to the cab and make the necessary connections to the car top to ensure the ballasts work properly. o Install the new wall panels and make the proper connections to the exterior of the car. o Communicate with the state of Mi inspector to schedule an inspection of the cab that will allow the close out the permit. o Return the car to service. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid amount is required and shall accompany the bid. Bid security may be in the form of a bid bond issued by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the State of Michigan, a cashier's check, or money order payable to Midland County ESA. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the bid date. All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The district shall not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized affidavit. Bid Acceptance Midland County ESA reserves the right to reject any or all bids per MCL 380.1267.
