Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project scope includes milling and resurfacing of portions of Old Lane, Valhalla Road and Pine Brook Road in Montville Township. Other work items include repairs to and reconstructing existing drainage inlets, curb repairs, constructing sidewalk ramps to meet ADA requirements, construction of new inlets, traffic striping and installing NJDOT compliant inlet hardware. Base bid includes approximately 23,995 square yards of 2-inch mill and 3,150 tons of 9.5M64 surface course. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Township of Montville, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, must be submitted with the bid by each bidder.
