Working plans call for the construction of a 17,709-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

** As of October 11,2024, bids received were over the budget. Design changes are underway and project should bid in 4 – 6 months. This project at Ditto Landing includes Level 3 Renovation work of an existing one-story pre-engineered metal building (Event Building) and new construction of a four-story core and shell building (Venue Building). The deadline for submitting questions to the Architect is now 12:00 pm on August 15, 2024, to Natasha Liston-Beck at natasha@mathenygoldmon.com The project consists of two buildings, a New Venue Building (core and shell only) and a Renovated Event Center which is to receive a complete fit-out and re-skin. The site is to remain in operation during construction including the Tennessee River Greenway (TRG) which is to be rerouted around the construction area over the course of construction.
