Renovation of a military facility in Cherry Point, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work includes removal of the existing 7.5 Ton air handler and condenser and the installing a new 7.5 Ton air handler, condenser, refrigerant piping, drain line, and electrical disconnect in Building 147, and incidental related work. This procurement is restricted to the Mechanical MACC contractors. Only the Mechanical MACC contractors listed on the RFP cover letter may submit a proposal. See attached documents for scope of work and any applicable drawings. Project No.: 7365084 (Clauses incorporated in Base Contract apply to this solicitation) Title: Replace HVAC Unit, B147, DLA Dist. NAICS Code and Standard Size: 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, 19 Million Contract Completion Date: All work shall be completed within 120 calendar days after award Estimated Cost Range: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 Wage Determination: General Decision NC20240018 01/05/2024 Liquidated Damages: $30 per calendar day of delay Basis for Award: Lowest Price Proposal Acceptance Period: 90 calendar days after receipt of offers Requests for Information (RFIs): RFIs must be submitted email addresses above. The cut off for RFIs is 19 July 2024 by 0900 in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
