Question Deadline 07/30/2024 at 2:00 PM ET This CONTRACT requires the CONTRACTOR to perform the complete cleaning and repainting of the interior wet surfaces, spot cleaning and spot coating the interior dry surfaces, and complete cleaning and repainting of the exterior surfaces of three 1,250,000-gallon steel elevated water storage tanks. This CONTRACT requires the containment of cleaning debris and coating, and repair of tank appurtenances. The CONTRACTOR shall make other modifications as described in the Specifications, including but not limited to removal and reinstallation of pipe insulation and jacketing; furnishing and installation of new ladder safe- climbing devices, self-closing gates at platforms, sleeves around pipes at the platforms, LED light fixtures, roof safety railing toe bar, and aluminum clog- resistant roof vent; and other miscellaneous repairs. All Work shall be in accordance with the following Specifications and attached Drawings. The CONTRACTOR shall do all the work and furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and appurtenances necessary and proper for the performance and completion of this CONTRACT, in the manner called for by this CONTRACT at the price agreed upon, and to the satisfaction of the WSSC WATER. No letter or stipulation submitted with a Bid shall modify the terms of this CONTRACT. The CONTRACTOR shall comply with all the terms and conditions contained herein which are hereby made a part of this CONTRACT.
