Site work and renovation of a civil project in Middletown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of August 6, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The project consists of the following: Coordinate with the Village of Goshen Water Plant Operator or his/her designate. Furnish and install one (1) submersible well pump, one (1) pitless unit, one (1) water level transmitter, drop piping and all other appurtenances in Well 3. Furnish and install 320 linear feet (LF) of 6" Ductile Iron Pipe from Well 3 to the well house including all wall and floor penetrations. Furnish and install all interior piping, valving, and appurtenances. Furnish and install one (1) 6" flow meter and analog chart recorder. Furnish and install a mini split system. Furnish and install a transformer pad. Perform all core drilling and trenching for conduit and wire. Perform all required Part 5 testing and disinfection. Construct raised mound, and furnish and install a fence at Well 3. Furnish and install a well control panel. The Contractor shall provide incidentals necessary for a complete and operable system. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, utilities, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. This project is funded with New York State Financial Assistance and is subject to MWBE and SDVOB goals and additional required documentation. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Bid, payable to the Village of Goshen as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract. The Village of Goshen hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Owner.
