The project consists of the reconstruction of approximately 1.0 miles of Market Street in Lehman Township under one contract. Lehman Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. Submit questions in writing or by E-mail to: Ryan Doughton Douglas F. RESPONSIBILITY OF BIDDERS: (a) Read specifications and examine drawings bound herein. (b) Visit the site and note all pertinent conditions which may affect the work. (c) Notify Douglas F. Trumbower & Associates, Inc. in writing of any discrepancies, omissions, or ambiguities in drawing and specifications.
