Site work and renovation of a civil project in Middletown, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of August 6, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The project consists of the following: Coordinate with the Village of Goshen Water Plant Operator or his/her designate. Furnish and install a disconnect and stanchion along with all buried conduit and wire for Well 3. Demolish the existing facility disconnect, 3 phase distribution panel, automatic transfer switch, and all associated wire, conduit, and circuit breakers. Coordinate with the utility company for the removal of the existing transformer and installation of a new transformer. Furnish and install an Automatic Transfer Switch. Furnish and install wiring, conduit, and breakers for mini split system. Furnish and install a three-phase distribution panel and all associated wire and conduit. Furnish and install circuit breakers and associated wire and conduit for new circuits in the existing single phase distribution panel. The Contractor shall provide incidentals necessary for a complete and operable system. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, utilities, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. This project is funded with New York State Financial Assistance and is subject to MWBE and SDVOB goals and additional required documentation. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Bid, payable to the Village of Goshen as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract. The Village of Goshen hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Owner.
