Document Notes: Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, are being made available via paper copy or digital copy. Plan holders are required to log-in or register for a plan room account at online to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid Documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. Note electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void by the owner. Each bid submitted must be marked on the outside "Bid for: Phase Two Sewer Improvements, Town of Farmington". A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder or an accepted Surety, a certified check, or bank draft payable to the TOWN OF FARMINGTON, on negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), shall be submitted with each bid in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid.
