Renovation of an educational facility in Lafayette, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Proposal for Furnishing All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Transportation, Supervision, Permits, Etc. Necessary for the Lite Center Renovation - Hr Relocation, Located on the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Campus, in Lafayette, Louisiana Demo to remove existing walls, flooring, ceilings, countertops, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc., and additional items shown on plans. Construction to furnish and install new walls, flooring, ceilings, countertops, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc., and additional items show on plans. The requirements of this project base bid are described in the plans and specifications provided by GHC Architects and included as part of the bid document. Clean construction area daily to prevent dust from adjacent areas and dispose of all work associated debris. Contractor use of University dumpsters is prohibited. Add - Demolition of existing millwork and countertops in the conference room, and reinstallation of new conference room millwork and solid surface countertop as indicated on the plans.
