This Request for Proposal (RFP) document sets out the requirements for the Proponent's submission, evaluation criteria and selection process. The proposed project involves the redevelopment of the Main Floor and Basement, consisting of 12,846 sq ft. of renovation and an addition of 4,802 sq ft. to accommodate the 22 new LTC resident rooms and resident support spaces. The proposed 22 beds will exist on one home area (floor) and will provide residents with a welcoming and home-like environment, and administration, a chapel and activity rooms at the Basement Floor Level.
