This solicitation is a Request for Statement of Qualifications for a Development Firm for Vineyard Property. The purpose of this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) is to select qualified developers to advance to additional selection processes for Utah Valley University to enter into a contract with a qualified master developer for the development of the University's Vineyard, Utah property. Offerors are strongly encouraged to carefully read the entire RFSQ. The purpose of this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) is to solicit responses from offerors to qualify for additional or subsequent solicitation processes. No contract will be awarded from this specific solicitation. The University is examining several alternatives of providing this product, service, and/or construction and may decide, after reviewing submissions, not to move forward with qualifying offerors or subsequent solicitation processes. This procurement is conducted by Utah Valley University, in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code, Title 63g, Chapter 6a Utah Code Annotated, as amended, and Procurement Policies adopted by the University. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will have a term that begins on the date of award and continues through the completion of the project.
