Greendale Park Sewer and Water Extension Phase I The work to be done under this Contract includes all work required by the Construction Documents necessary for GREENDALE PARK SEWER AND WATER EXTENSION PHASE I. B. The Contractor shall perform all work required for such construction in accordance with the Contract Documents and subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract, complete and ready for use. The Work consists of providing approximately 4,310 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer main along North Mullens Lane and East Washington Street; the installation of approximately 53 sanitary sewer laterals and 16 manholes, the installation of approximately 180 linear feet of 4-inch water main and 3,640 linear feet of 8-inch water main, the installation of approximately 55 water services, seven (7) fire hydrants, and one (1) flushing hydrant; and providing site and pavement restoration and providing all other work as required by the Contract Documents in order to provide a complete system as described herein.
