The Town of Amherstburg wishes to provide additional parking for the patrons of 320 Richmond Street, known as The Hub. To obtain this goal, the successful proponent shall demolish a 454 s.m. (4880 ft2) of existing building, construct new exterior walls to closely match or compliment the exist building façade, install new doorways, construct a lobby area, and construct a new asphalt parking lot with a minimum of 28 additional parking spots.
