No contractor has been selected yet and a timeline for construction has not yet been established. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* The City of Kent is seeking consultant services to prepare preliminary designs to replace two existing 30-inch corrugated-metal culverts with a larger single span structure meeting WDFW fish passage requirements. The existing culverts are located in-channel and downstream of a sedimentation pond for Mill Creek, and within Earthworks Park The major deliverables of this project include: Feasibility study Cultural resource survey Ordinary high-water delineation and wetland delineation Geotechnical report Biologic assessment Hydrologic and hydraulic report Preliminary landscape restoration plan Preliminary design Including plans, cost estimate, and schedule The contract covering this project work is expected to last 12 months. The City of Kent reserves the right to reject any and all responses to this “Request for Qualifications” (RFQ), waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process, amend terms of this RFQ to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. This RFQ does not obligate the City to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation and submission of a response. This solicitation does not obligate the City to accept or contract for any express or implied services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
