The base bid work will include but not limited to selective demolition, relocating existing plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories, installation of new toilet partitions and urinal screens, installation of new grab bars, and re-installation of plumbing fixtures at new locations.The work requires the contractor to furnish all labor and material for the demolition, reconfiguration of the toilet rooms, and re-installation of all fixtures in accordance with the attached scope of work and specifications included in this bid package. Bids will be received by single prime format, by general contractors for all work. All proposals shall be based on a stipulated sum basis. The date of commencement of the Work shall be fixed in a Notice To Proceed issued by the City.
