(RFP) for catch basin cleaning services for the 2024 Stormwater System Maintenance project. The work to be performed for this project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary for cleaning services, proper disposal of materials, Record keeping tracking cleaned catch basins, completion of traffic control plans, and related services for the successful delivery of this project. The scope of this project will include addressing the following items: Cleaning out the maximum amount of catch basins within the project budget and completion date. Disposal of collected materials at adecanting facility and logged disposal receipts. Ability to prepare and submit the necessary traffic control plans for City permitting and approval. The city has $140,000-$160,000 to spend on this project which has an end date of no later the October 1st, 2024. The selected firm will note how many catch basins in the city will be able to be cleaned operating withing the listed project budget. Evaluation criteria Each proposal will be evaluated based upon the total number of catch basins that can be cleaned within the specified budget.
