Site work for a road / highway in Boxford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Town of Boxford, through its Permanent Building Committee (PBC), requests submissions from qualified firms for Owners Project Management services for a new Department of Public Works Facility located at 7B Spofford Road Boxford. Project includes design and construction of a new state of the art Department of Public Works facility, estimated size between 20,000 and 24,400 square feet. It is the intent to award a contract within thirty (30) business days after receiving Qualifications. The contract will be awarded to the individual/ firm offering the most advantageous proposal, after negotiating a fixed fee not to exceed $250,000. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any defects, informalities, and minor irregularities; and to award contracts or cancel this RFQ if it is in the towns best interest to do so. The Town of Boxford encourages MBE and WBE firms to apply. To install a retaining wall with a fence on top and flatten an area of the patio area in order to create more space for events.
