Questions and Answers Q1. What is the process to dispose of the used filters considered hazardous waste A1. All hazardous waste material is to be properly packaged and palletized in the penthouse or nearest staircase to be handled by RMR. Q2. What type of leak test is required A2. Smoke leak test required. Q3. Types of filters and Seal requirements. A3. Camfil HEPA filters will be provided, all seal and gasket material must be provided to properly seal and leak test each of the HEPA banks. Q4. Access to Units and locations A4. Teams will be escorted by an RMR staff member all the time, work to be completed pending coordination with individual services for dates and the hours would be from 0800 2230. Q5.
