INVITATION FOR BIDS NORTH TEXAS MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT Preston Road Lift Station Expansion Question Deadline 08/09/2024 at 5:00 PM CT This project includes the construction of improvements at the existing lift station including pump, valve, and piping replacement; construction of an electrical building; electrical system improvements, HVAC system improvements, and site civil and landscaping improvements. The opinion of probable construction cost range is $10m - $20m. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: 1. Process-mechanical improvements to the existing lift station including removal and replacement of the main station pumps, piping, valves, and related equipment in the drywell. 2. Yard piping modifications to construct the lift station bypass connection. 3. Construction of an electrical building and improvements to the station's existing electric gear. 4. HVAC system and odor control improvements.
