Description

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cinco Bayou, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Town of Cinco Bayou will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in constructing: STREET OVERLAY IMPROVEMENTS Project is located in the Town of Cinco Bayou, Florida and consists of approximately 3,385+/- linear feet of roadway overlay throughout the Town. All bidders shall be FDOT qualified per Section 2-1 of the FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, latest edition in the following work classes: Grading, Drainage, Flexible Paving, and Hot Plant Mix-Bituminous Course. Completion date for this project will be Up days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $250.00 per day. Please indicate on the envelope that this is a sealed bid, for "Town of Cinco Rayon Street Improvements". The Town Council reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the Town of Cinco Bayou. All bids shall remain firm for a period of sixty days after the opening. All bidders shall comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing registration and regulation of contractors doing business to the State of Florida.
