This document describes the requirements for providing as needed turnkey concrete sidewalk and street removal, repair and replacement services. Base contract services will include concrete saw cutting, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, area clean up and protection of the work. The successful Contractor will provide qualified labor, materials, equipment, and superintendents to create the work orders, manage the field work to accomplish these services to the speed and quality required by the City of Pearland. The following requirements and specifications shall be in addition to the other requirements contained herein and shall supersede the other requirements where applicable.
