SCOPE OF WORK: San Juan County Is seeking a construction contractor for the construction of Mountain Bike (MTB) trails located within the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Glade Run Recreation Area (GRRA) located north of Farmington, NM in San Juan County. San Juan County in partnership with BLM is in receipt of Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Recreational Trails Program (RTP) grant monies for the project. The project will construct approximately 7.5 mites of new mountain bike trails and selective spot features in the Glade Run Recreation Area (GRRA) as shown on the project drawings (17 pages). A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five (5%) percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions.
