This Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract IAW the following: Death Valley National Park (DEVA) requires services to jet approximately 21,000 LF of sewer mains and other related services as outlined in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, licenses, permits, tools, vehicles, insurance, transportation, and equipment for the required work. The contractor shall perform to the contract standards while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations. NAICS CODE: The associated NAICS code is 562998 with a size standard of $16.5M. SCHEDULE: The Government anticipates that the work will be completed within 60 calendar days, with work tentatively starting in late July/early August 2024. The final performance period start date is contingent on issuance of award. WAGE RATES: The Service Contract Act applies and is included as part of this solicitation package. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT: To be considered for award, you must be registered in SAM and have current online Representations and Certifications at the time of quote submission. Please access http://www.sam.gov to update your records prior to submitting your quote. SITE VISIT: The provision 52.237-1, Site Visit is included in this solicitation. A site visit will be held at the date/time/location specified on page 40 of the solicitation. Quoters are urged to inspect the site and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Accordingly, offerors and quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site.
