Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.

As of September 23, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award was not yet been established. Construct an approximately 8,000 sf Work Center including site work, site utilities, concrete, asphalt paving, metal stud walls,acoustical ceiling tiles, interior finishes, pre engineered metal building with insulated metal panels, mechanical, plumbing, and electric. the Designers receipt of a certified or cashiers check made payable to the State of Tennessee in the amount of $1,000.00Additionally, the Drug Free Workplace Affidavit and a five percent (5%) bid security is required Liq.
