The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Office for Coastal Management (OCM), has a requirement for a structural engineer to perform an assessment/inspection of the OCM building. Period of performance: 07/29/2024 to 08/02/2024 SITE VISIT This is an opportunity to visit the site of the work. A site visit time and date are TO BE DETERMINED. The site visit shall allow Contractors to view the space where the work will take place. Potential Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Site Visit Security Requirements Because of heightened security, Contractors who are planning to attend the site visit shall e-mail, Rich Townes at rich.townes@noaa.gov. for further instructions on requirements and scheduling of the site visit. Site Visit Location: 2234 South Hobson Avenue, Charleston, SC 29405. Offerors must submit all questions concerning this solicitation in writing to the Contract Specialist Tia Palmer at tia.palmer@noaa.gov. Questions should be received no later than four (4) calendar days after the issuance date of this solicitation. All responses to the questions will be made in writing, without identification of the questioner, and will be included in an amendment to the solicitation. Even if provided in other form, on the question responses included in the amendment to the solicitation will govern performance of the contract. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
