Site work and new construction of a residential development in Troy, Alabama. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Construction of Section504 Conversions for The troy Housing Authority - Phase 1, Troy, Alabama. Proposals shall be submitted on forms included in the specifications or copies thereof and shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the bid. Checks shall be made payable to the Troy Housing Authority. All bidders must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34,Chapter 8, Code of Alabama1975. Licensing required by local municipalities shall be obtained prior to the execution of construction contract. Bidders must include with their bid a Non-Collusive Affidavit and Previous Participation Certificate on the correct HUD forms and signed by the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the time and date set for bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities. The scope of the work will include new tankless hot water heaters and new parking areas at Brown Homes, new front and rear doors at Glenway, new tankless hot water heaters at Herring Avenue, and a full modification of a building at Ross Drive to include windows, doors, flooring, cabinets, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The work under this contract shall include all work shown and/or indicated in the drawings and specifications entitled "SECTION 504 CONVERSIONS FOR THE TROY HOUSING AUTHORITY, Troy, Alabama" and dated June 28, 2024.
