Lovejoy Capital is excited to present a comprehensive proposal to the City of Conyers regarding the Georgia International Horse Park (GIHP). The GIHP, located in Conyers, Georgia, is a world-class equestrian venue known for hosting prestigious horse shows and competitions. With its exceptional facilities and stunning surroundings, the park offers an unparalleled experience for participants and spectators alike. Our proposal aims to build upon the existing success of the GIHP by introducing new additions and improvements. These include the construction of an impressive indoor horse arena, featuring top-notch amenities such as AA-rated LED lighting, 15 luxury boxes, and over 60 vendor stands. This addition will enhance the park's capacity to host large-scale events and provide a memorable experience for attendees The City may cancel its request for proposals or it may reject any proposal or any unsolicited proposal at any time for any reason whatsoever. If the City rejects a proposal or an unsolicited proposal submitted by a private entity, the City shall have no obligation to return the proposal, unsolicited proposal or any related materials following such rejection. Unsolicited proposals are subject to all applicable provisions of the Open Records Act.
