** As of August 13,2024 , project was awarded to Onpoint Construction but awarded amount is not available.** PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work consists generally of: without limitation, demo of existing equipment and appurtenances, lighting fixtures, gravity intake, equipment or cabinetry as outlined in Project Drawings specific to MPR Kitchen. Work shall also include furnish and installation of new plumbing and appurtenances, equipment, lighting fixtures, and cabinetry as outlined in Project Drawings specific to MPR Kitchen. Work shall be completed within [120] Days from the date when Contract Time commences to run. The City of Redwood City is now accepting bids for the Fair Oaks Community Center (FOCC) MPR Kitchen Remodel Project. Bidders must submit Document 00 4313 (Bond Accompanying Bid) accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check (certified without qualification and drawn on a solvent bank of the State of California or a National Bank doing business in the State of California) or completed form of Document 00 4313 of not less than 10% of the base Bid, payable to City and completed in accordance with the provisions of Document. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: City specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work.
