The Parish reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities incidental thereto, and to accept any bid, which the Parish feels serves its best interest. SUMMARY OF WORK This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and other resources necessary to, but is not limited to: Rehabilitation of three existing lift stations including construction of two new lift station wet wells, valve pits, pumps, piping, valves, controls, fencing and gates, concrete slabs, roadwork, and miscellaneous utility and site work.
