Reference Number 0000356607 CONTRACT NO. 1 - GENERAL Furnish Lead Service Line Replacement - Phase 1 ids are requested for the following Contracts: Contract No. 1 - General The work generally consists of the replacement of lead water service lines complete with all equipment, appurtenances, and site restoration at numerous addresses within the City of Oswego, NY. Locations for service line replacement are as indicated in Table 1, included within Appendix A to this Contract. Questions regarding the project must be received by July 19, 2024, at 5:00 pm and can be submitted via email to Becky Brien, EIT, becky.brien@ghd.com GHD Consulting Services Inc. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price in the form of a Bid Bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid within 45 days after the date of the Bid opening. The successful Bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond using the forms included in the Bidding Documents with a surety company satisfactory to the City of Oswego and conforming to the prerequisite requirements of the Bidding Documents.
