This scope of work describes the requirements of furnishing and installing all materials, equipment, appliances, facilities, and services necessary and incidental to performing all operations in connection with the sites AC unit change out project, in accordance with the contract. Disconnect electrical, and all mounting hardware from old Baird AC units from building. Installers will be responsible for old AC units removal and disposal. Complete Installation of new 5 and 2 ton AC units as described below. Rigging inside the new building is included in the bid. This includes electrical disconnection, connections and testing for the old AC units and new AC units. If a larger breaker is needed this scope includes larger wire, conduit, required fittings, larger breaker and all other installation material for the installation as required so the job is completed before project is accepted as finished. All work materials, equipment, rentals, permits, and freight are to part of this bid. Any building modifications (outdoor/indoor) to be included in this bid for the new 5 and 2 ton units.
