Deadline for Proponent Questions 5 Working Days before Proposal Submission Time Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice (NHCH) is seeking to retain the Construction Management Services for a new Residential Hospice at 826 Nanticoke Creek Pkwy., Jarvis, and invites qualified Proponents to submit Proposals in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). NHCH's vision for the building is to create a 10-bed residence hospice with associated administration offices and amenities / services. NHCH builds hope through dignity, compassion and the strength of it's community; a successful building process will require collaboration, teamwork, and the input of the stakeholders. NEO Architecture Inc. (NEO) is retained as the Architect of Record and Prime Consultant and is responsible for the delivery of a coordinated design package which will be further developed into the Contract Documents with all Consultants engaged by them. The project is currently beginning the "Contract Documentation" stage, and NHCH is seeking the right partner to support themselves and NEO through a successful Preconstruction phase to ensure that all selected design aspects for this Project considers the intent of the building, constructability of it, cost effectiveness, etc. Such Preconstruction services are extremely valuable and required to ensure a successful project. During the Construction phase the successful Proponent will provide full-time site administration to ensure adherence to the established Contract Documents, Construction Schedule, budget, scope and transition into the Post-Construction phase.
