Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Keansburg, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of Work contemplated for the above-named project includes the construction of a single pickleball court with eight (8') foot high chain link fence and the crack sealing and resurfacing of the existing tennis courts.at the Collins Field recreation complex as well as all other work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of "Borough of Keansburg" for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bond for the full amount of this Project is required. Borough of Keansburg reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within ninety (90) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed.
