Liquidated Damages $1,000 per day Project Duration 30 Calendar Days The City of Hemet is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and materials to perform the removal of 6 existing sectional doors, operators, and a turnkey install of 6 new metal roll-up doors, operators, all safety equipment needed, and all secondary equipment needed for full operation at Fire Station 1 located at 220 N Juanita St within Hemet's city limits, in accordance with the included bid specifications. Remove existing Sectional doors and operators. Furnish and install (6) 13'4" x 15' Cookson Series 300 Service Doors. Includes: 22 GA Galvanized Steel Slat Curtain (white), Extreme service door 300 Series. Springless Shaft. Apex smart controller, 300,000 Maintenance Free cycles with speeds up to 24 IPS up/ 12 IPS down. NEMA 4 safety eyes, Safeguard Light curtain technology, 120 Volt Transformer Bottom Bar. Adjust, balance and check for proper operation. Powder coated doors - Red RAL 3002 Vision windows - Four slats tall, 9 windows across.
