As of October 4, 2024, project was awarded to Khan Builders, Inc, awarded amount is $274,963.42. The Town of Davie is currently pursuing a renovation plan for its Pine Island Aquatic Center. Proposers will provide a durable solution to complete the renovation project. The project includes the replacement of the pool liner as well as all perimeter tile work, in order to enhance the facility's overall functionality and aesthetic appeal. All materials proposed and selected must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Solutions must demonstrate proper surface preparation to ensure long-term adhesion. Pursuant to Town Code Section No. 2-320 and section 1.51 of the terms and conditions, a Cone of Silence is hereby imposed on this solicitation. The cone shall be in effect until such time of award by the Town Administrator or the Town Mayor and Council. The selection of the successful respondent(s) shall be at the Town's discretion and shall be made in a prompt manner after the receipt and evaluation of all RFP responses. The Town of Davie reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any and all irregularities in any submission, and to make awards in the best interest of the Town.
