Spruce Road; C-34(1213) - on W. Maple Road between SW 75 Road and SW 89 Road; C-34(1230) - on W. Pine Road between SW 131 Road and SW 142 Road; C-34(1265) - on S. 25 Road between E. State Highway 41 and E. Birch Road; C-34(1266) - on S. 25 Road between E. State Highway 41 and E. Birch Road, all in Gage County, Nebraska. The project is referred to as "Gage County 2024 Culverts Group 2: C-34(1144), C-34(1209), C-34(1213), C-34(1230), C-34(1265), & C-34(1266)" and shall include all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment required to fabricate and deliver the materials to construct: C-34(1144) - twin 108" x 43' corrugated metal pipes on a 15 deg. skew (rhb), C-34(1209) - single 96" x 71' corrugated metal pipe on a 15 deg. skew (rhb), C-34(1213) - twin 84" x 44' corrugated metal pipes on a 0-deg. skew, C-34(1230) - triple 84" x 45' corrugated metal pipes on a 25-deg. skew (lhb), C-34(1265) - triple 120" x 44' corrugated metal pipes on a 0-deg. skew, C-34(1266) - triple 60" x 42' corrugated metal pipes on a 15-deg. skew (lhb), all with steel headwalls and wingwalls. Along with its Bid Proposal, each bidder shall submit an unconditional Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the County Treasurer of Gage County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Bid Proposal. Also, each bidder is to include an estimated time of delivery for the materials with their Bid Proposal. The desired delivery date of the materials is twelve to fourteen weeks after the award of the contract. All materials shall be delivered to the respective project site. Within ten (10) days following the award of the Contract, the successful bidder shall furnish a surety bond or bonds in an amount equal to or greater than the full amount of the contract. The surety and form of the bonds are subject to acceptance by the Gage County Board of Supervisors. The Gage County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids received.
