The Work of this Contract comprises the general construction required for the construction of the following scope: Furnishing materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the construction of stormwater drainage infrastructure improvements located in Chute Road and Seaboard Cargo Yard as described and shown on the drawings. This includes but is not limited to associated demolition, site clearing, erosion and sediment control, earthwork, paving, concrete curb, fencing, storm drainage piping, collection structures, utilities, utilities adjustment, modification to existing structures, re-drilling to existing wells, pavement marking, maintenance of traffic, daily litter control, final cleanup of construction work to Owner's satisfaction and other appurtenances and miscellaneous items and work for a complete, satisfactory and functional installation of the proposed drainage system. LICENSE REQUIREMENT: General Engineering, General Building Contractor, Underground Utility/Excavation All requests for clarification of a RPQ must be submitted in writing by Thursday, July 18, 2024, by 12:00 PM.
