Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Oakland, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
This project consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, etc., to renovate the exterior finishes on the pole building and cold storage garage located at, Mt. Nebo WMA maintenance facility, 1728 Kings Run Rd., Garett Co., MD 21550. THIS IS AN ONLINE SOLICITATION ONLY! Please submit all bid responses online. DO NOT MAIL OR EMAIL BIDS! SBR Vendors are encouraged to respond. Please carefully read the Detailed Specs in its entirety. Please note the Qualifications of the Contractor. Please upload all attachments together as ONE BID PACKAGE attachment only! If the project requires any specific type of license, please put the license number(s) on the Bid Form attachment. We strongly suggest attending the pre-bid meeting. If you have any questions regarding this solicitation, contact the Procurement Officer, Perry Otwell at (410)260-8911 or by email at: perry.otwell@maryland.gov. Please submit all questions regarding this project in writing by emailing Shenika Jackson, Shenika.jackson2@maryland.gov. All questions shall be submitted by . to allow time for the Project Manager to respond to the questions. A fully responsive bid will require all affidavits and Bid Form to be completed in its entirety. The Contractor agrees that the price will be firm for a time period of ninety (90) calendar days from the bid opening date to execution of the contract by the State. The work shall be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. If the work is not completed within the time period specified, the contractor will be liable for liquidated damages of $350.00 per calendar day as specified in the "General Condition If the State of Maryland or other regulatory body requires a license or certificate to perform the services required, please provide the copy of license number and date of issuance in submission with other required documentation. A copy must be mailed or faxed. Contractor shall pay an electronic transaction fee to the State in the amount of one percent (1%) of the total contract sales. The electronic transaction fee is calculated based on all sales transacted under the contract, minus any returns or credits. The electronic transaction fee shall not be charged directly to the customer, e.g., as a separate line item, fee or surcharge, but shall be included in the contract's unit prices.
