This solicitation is to establish a contract to furnish Elevator Maintenance and Repair Service to the Department of Public Safety (DPS), Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM) located at 8181 Independence Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA 70806.. The contract shall be effective for a period of delivery beginning with the date of award and ending June 30. 2025. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, the contract may be extended for two additional 12 month periods at the same price, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed 36 months. For all projects in the amount of $50,000 or more, bids shall be accepted from Bidders who are licensed under La. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of: Specialty: Elevators, Dumbwaiters.
