Pre Bid Conference (N/A) "As-Needed" Air Handler Maintenance & Repair Services For Employment Development Department (EDD) located in multiple Sacramento county offices. If you have any questions, please contact me at ariel.foronda@edd.ca.gov. SCOPE OF WORK A. The intent of this Agreement is for the Contractor to provide "as needed" air handler repair services for the EDD facilities located in the attached Office List. The EDD does not guarantee a specific amount of work under this Agreement. Any quantities of work listed are to be considered estimates only, unless otherwise specified. B. The Contractor will be expected to provide any or all of the following during the term of this Agreement: o Diagnose problems with the air handler and explain the issue to the EDD representative. o Fix or replace parts as needed. o Inspect and test air handler after repair o Identify and report to the EDD Representative any safety hazard, faulty equipment, or other condition encountered during the course of the work at the EDD office which she/he determines is needing repair or replacement o The Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, EDD, and local office policies and procedures while on the premises o If parts are required or repairs cannot be made the same day, Contractor must provide an estimated time of return for completion of repairs. C. The Contractor must have a valid C-20 State Contractor's License. Licenses shall be furnished by the Contractor in accordance with applicable local ordinances and state and federal laws regarding labor on public buildings and specifications contained in this Agreement. Should any specification in the Agreement fail to comply with such ordinances and laws, the Contractor shall be required to comply with such statutes at no extra cost to the EDD. D. The Contractor shall not assign or sublet any work covered by this Agreement.
