Reference Number 0000356756 The Warwick School District intends to enter into a contract with one firm to provide Hazardous Materials Consulting services for the Pilgrim and Toll Gate High School Projects. It is the awarded firm's responsibility to provide these services through their own capabilities or through the subcontractor(s) as identified within their proposal. The successful firm will be licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health and must provide all services necessary to comply with the RI Department of Education of Necessity of School Construction Application Stages' III & IV. It is the responsibility of the offeror to familiarize themselves with these regulatory requirements. The goal of this solicitation is to obtain proposals from Consultants who provide Hazardous Materials surveying and testing (including but not limited to asbestos, lead, mercury, and PCB) for the Pilgrim and Toll Gate High School Projects. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to environmental investigation, sampling, and testing at the existing high school buildings for preparation of hazardous materials reports. The contract period will begin approximately August 7, 2024.
