The Project and Work for the Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction of the project identified as Crenshaw Park Tennis Court Resurfacing Project ("the Project"), all in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications prepared by the Engineer and/or Owner. The Project must be substantially complete by the Date for Substantial Completion set forth in Section Q below. Bidder shall furnish a Bid Guaranty, as prescribed in Sections 153.54, 153.57, and 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the form of either: (1) a bond for the full amount of the bid in the form of the Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond included in the Contract Documents; or (2) a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in a form satisfactory to the Owner in an amount equal to 10% of the bid. Bid amount shall be the total of all sums bid, including all add alternatives, but excluding all deduct alternatives. This Project includes Milling, paving and paint striping of one tennis court converted into four pickleball courts and surrounding area., and the like as set forth in the Contract Documents All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
