Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roeland Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of full depth street reconstruction, storm sewer construction and bid alternate for sidewalk and driveway apron construction. A. Demolish above-grade structures and improvements. B. Demolish grade-level site improvements. C. Demolish below-grade foundations, improvements, and obstructions to depth to avoid conflict with new construction or site work. Remove hollow items that could collapse. D. Remove and legally dispose of demolished materials off-site. E. Protect site work and adjacent structures. F. Coordinate disconnection, capping, and removal of utilities. All bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the City Clerk of Roeland Park, Kansas, and marked 2024 NSRP - W 47 TH PLACE
