Parks Canada requires replacement and rehabilitation work at the Miette Hot Springs facility located in Jasper National Park. The work is composed of the following parts:
- Rehabilitation and replacement work at the Miette Hot Springs main building and pools. The work involves structural rehabilitation of pipe chase, process/piping systems upgrades, electrical upgrades, lighting replacements and Building Management System upgrades.
- Rehabilitation of the Spring Water Source tank 3 and drainage improvements. The work involves concrete rehabilitation, installation of a French drain, and installation of gutter system. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 < $5,000,000, Taxes extra. Contractor must perform and complete the Work no later than March 31, 2025. The estimated contract period will be 8 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/08/01. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
